Purchaser confirms that the descriptions of items on the invoice are correct for the order placed

EquiSpace and its directors are not responsible or liable for customer change of mind on item or design once the order has been placed

Deposits and part payments are non-refundable

Part/full payments initiate the build list and build process

Customer agrees to the warranty and sales terms as per website and invoice

Customers are required to take their own responsibility for securing and/or anchoring stables to suit their requirements

Once an order is placed by way of part or full payment there is no refund

Should a customer delay their pick up in excess of 7 days, they may be liable for storage fees

All invoices are to be paid in full and complete prior to orders being moved into despatch

Pick ups are required to be scheduled with Tayla a minimum 24hrs before pick up

Freight may be available pending quotation at time of purchase. Delivery requires hard stand area to unload with a suitable space to turn the vehicle around
Each of our stable panels are in standard size of 4m x 2.4m high. This essentially makes a stable that is 3.7m x 3.7m. However, please note our panels are custom made so they can be purchased made to fit any existing size. Please note, we also offer customised colour powder coating options.
As a small business, unfortunately EquiSpace simply cannot afford to hold a lot of stock at any one time. It may be that at the time of purchase we do have some limited panels in stock that can mean almost immediate delivery. However if that is not the case, or for custom designs please note, time from order until delivery may be up to 90 days. Please note, unfortunately freight can get delayed. This is out of our control, however at time of purchase we will provide an estimated lead time.
Ahhh the classic import vs Australian made debate. In full transparency, yes our panels are imported. However they are designed by Tayla and the team at EquiSpace to ensure suitable and safe products for your space. Quite simply, we would not be able to provide such a high quality, premium design at this price range if our panels were Australian made. If you are simply only interested in Australian made, please feel free to still get in touch and we can try to assist you.
Our current accessories include automatic waterers, rotating, feed bins, rotating hay baskets, rubber flooring, tie up panels and crush facilities. Please note, we also offer customised colour powder coating options. However if you have a vision, EquiSpace will aim to create it for you. We are always open to expanding our offerings and happy to assist in any way we can.
Each of our products comes with a standard 12 months manufacturing warranty. It covers any faulty products supplied by EquiSpace. If you have any warranty concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will attempt to find a resolution as a matter of priority.
Our stable panels are made of 50mm x 50mm square galvanised steel. The posts are constructed of 102mm round galvanised steel, whilst the top railing is 25mm x 1.8mm round steel pipe. The standard range infill is 15mm plywood. The deluxe range infill material is 20mm bamboo. The bamboo provides a harder surface than any natural wood, providing greater prevention of damage from horses biting, cribbing, and kicking. In addition, it is an eco-friendly material that has advantages of easy maintenance, corrosion resistance and high durability.
The best part of our stable panels are that installation is quick and easy. The panels simply bolt together for a quick and easy portable solution. Please note, the panels are quite heavy. For this reason, installation is suggested to be completed by 2–3 people.
